Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will grant you total control over your electronic mail accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can set up a brand new mailbox account in no time and administer its settings easily. Additionally, you can forward mail messages from one email account to another, set up e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and shield your mailboxes against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mail boxes against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtering your incoming messages based on certain rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming email messages from one email box account to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Simply choose the e-mail account you wish to redirect emails from, then choose the destination email box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you wish to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
